Ministry Manager was built with the needs of a Christian ministry in mind. It provides an easy to use administration section to add, edit or delete events, bulletins, donations and much much more. You can assign staff members with special permissions to log into your site and easily update any information without having to know any technology.
You can maintain a database of your online and offline users, send out newsletters, take prayer requests and more, making your website a valuable outreach tool, as opposed to static pages that don't do anything.
Your Ministry Manager enhanced website allows you to easily manage the following aspects of your ministry:
Users
Your users, visitors and congregation can register with your website. There are different levels of user permissions, so you can set up people with administrator or staff permissions, or normal users.
Ministries
Added detailed information on all of your sub-ministries within your organization, containing contact information, etc.
Bulletins
Add, modify and delete bulletins. These can be announcements such as birthdays, weddings, news items and more.
Prayer Requests
Users can submit prayer requests, which can be viewed by you or your staff. Prayer requests can be anonymous if the user desires it, giving them the ultimate privacy. Sensitive data or email addresses are not exposed to staff or other users.
Leadership Biographies
You can maintain "biography" pages for the key people in your ministry leadership if you desire. List as many people as you want, give the pastor or leaders background, history, upload an image of the person, etc.
Events
Add, modify and delete events. Events are automatically updated live on your website as you make changes
Email
Send out scheduled newsletters and mailings to all your registered members.
Donations
Automatically generate donation information and collect donations online. Handles amounts that the user decides, fixed amounts and monthly donations. Donation information is automatically updated to your website as you make changes.
Photo Galleries
Automatically generate and control multiple photo galleries quickly and easily for your church members, staff, events or trips. Share your congregation's experiences and memories.
